Listed below are the various building permit and sign permit applications. All building permit and sign permits require a 48-hour advance submittal. All fees must be paid before a building permit is issued.
Commercial Construction all new commercial building must be reviwed by the Planning and Zoning Commission Site Plan Review.
Residential Construction - Single Family or Multi-Family building permits must be accompanied by a building lot survey.
Fence, Shed Misc. - Fences require a permit but there is no fee.
