A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $250.00 is required for use of the facility. This will be returned providing the area(s) rented are left damage free and cleaned.
The Board of Aldermen may at their discretion waive rental fee for use of the facility by other government agencies and not-for-profit organizations (request must be made in writing 60 days prior to proposed event).

There is a reservation policy, stating that reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. The Civic Center can be reserved by contacting City Hall at (816) 858-3046.
Persons or Groups using the facility should review the Reservation Policy, Facilities Use License/Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
