Green Waste Facility opens March 1st

The green waste facility will open on March 1st for Platte City Residents. Facility access card purchase or renewal  is now available.  Access card fees are $20.00 annually and are valid from March 1 until facility closes in the fall.

New access cards may be purchased by phone or in person at City Hall. City Hall hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except observed holidays.  Phone purchase is available at 816.858.3046.  Access card renewal fees may be paid at City Hall or you can request  the fee be included on your next City utility bill.

The facility accepts  yard debris, grass clippings, brush, tree branches etc. and is located in Riverview Park at the end of Mill Street.
